Warehouse Lynx communicates with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and pick-to-light systems to indicate slots and guide your operators through their work. This can be used for a variety of activities such as: picking, stock replenishment, store order fulfilment, and packing.
Using the web UI or API to start a workflow, Warehouse Lynx illuminates each slot as needed. Confirmation of work complete at each slot can be confirmed by using the pick-to-light hardware (such as a push button) or via the software.
Every action taken by Warehouse Lynx is audited at the transport unit level. This lets you keep track of which lights were activated, the order the operator was instructed to follow, and time between each light being illuminated and completed.
This information is collated in dashboards to show you statistics such as: throughput, time to pick, and much more. As Warehouse Lynx is able to monitor all the equipment used in the processes any active alarms can be viewed in the web UI, alerts can be triggered to get the attention of equipment operators via email, sms, or push notifications.
